Stephen J. Hodson, Owner/Broker of Hodson Realty, has been serving clients in Fairfield County for over 40 years. His father, Ernie Hodson, founded the company in 1983 where Steve began his real estate career after graduating from the University of Connecticut where he earned a degree in Business Education with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Studies.

He received extensive income property valuation education at UConn as well as the Appraisal Institute with such notable instructors as Dr. William Kinard, Dr. Stephen Messner and Byrl Boyce. Steve has participated in the development of popular books on real estate sales and recently served on the Trumbull Economic Development Commission.
