A Trumbull resident for over 35 years, Steve has served the community on the Trumbull Economic Development Commission, was chairman of the Board of Assessment Appeals, a board member for the Center for Family Justice, served as president of the Trumbull Rotary Club and is a committed volunteer at the Thomas Merton Center in Bridgeport. Fun Fact: Steve served on a panel of real estate experts who guided the development of the popular real estate books, The Unofficial Guide to Buying a Home, and was the technical editor of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Buying and Selling a Home.

He has sold millions of dollars worth of real estate and leased numerous commercial properties in the greater Stratford market.

Afterwards, he worked in retail banking before earning his juris doctor degree in Tax Law concentration from Quinnipiac University with honors. He received several academic achievement awards from QUSL, including for excellence in legal drafting. After practicing as a real estate attorney in Connecticut for the past decade, Tom joined Hodson Realty after working with Steve in locating and leasing his own office space in Shelton.

Khearwoot graduated from Quinnipiac University ‘24 where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Integrated Communications. He started his college journey as a marketing student, but soon fell in love with the art of advertising. His passion led him to QU where he was able to hone his creativity and meet other like-minded students. During his time there, he served as an account executive for The Agency at Quinnipiac where his team developed intricate marketing campaigns for local businesses and on-campus initiatives. Now, he’s pursuing a master’s in Marketing Analytics and Strategies at Fairfield University while interning at Hodson Realty as our digital media specialist.
